COMMISSION CONTRACT

TERMS OF SERVICE

To ensure a secure, transparent, and collaborative creative workflow between client and artist, please review the binding operational standards below before commissioning.

LEGAL CODEXSEC. 01 // RULES

GENERAL TERMS & REGULATIONS

  • All project communication and brief confirmations occur via official verified channels (Discord DM: emilia_art#0001 or official commission mailbox).

  • Standard commissions are licensed exclusively for non-profit personal use (wallpapers, social avatars, personal prints) unless a commercial usage buyout is explicitly contracted.

  • Revisions Policy: Exactly 2 free revision rounds are included during the Rough Sketch & Lineart phase. Once cel-shading and final rendering begin, major structural or pose revisions will incur an additional milestone fee; only minor palette adjustments are permitted.

  • Strict Anti-AI Protection: Absolute prohibition against feeding, uploading, or training the commissioned artwork into generative AI models, LoRA fine-tuning datasets, or NFT/crypto minting.

  • The artist retains moral rights and the right to showcase watermarked artwork, WIP stages, and process timelapses across portfolios, social media, and artbooks.

PAYPAL EXCLUSIVESEC. 02 // BILLING

PAYMENT & INVOICING

  • Payments are exclusively accepted via secure PayPal (Invoice / Goods & Services in USD $).

  • Orders under $100 USD require 100% full payment upfront before pencil work begins.

  • Orders exceeding $100 USD allow a 50% upfront non-refundable deposit to secure the queue slot, and the remaining 50% balance before delivery of final unwatermarked files.

  • Final unwatermarked 300 DPI master files and PSD source archives are delivered only after the PayPal invoice balance is cleared in full.

  • No Chargeback Clause: Unauthorized payment disputes, chargebacks, or fraudulent reversals result in immediate permanent blacklisting, instant forfeiture of personal use license, and public DMCA claims.
